WRUP: Spending some time with the classics edition

Ugh, no new games this week. So, our game-playing plans this weekend only extend to the Virtual Console, where we hope we can scrounge up enough time to take Paper Mario through its paces. Really, we've got nothing else to play, which makes us a very sad panda.

What about you? What will you be rocking on your Wii this weekend?

WRUP: Can't get enough of that E3 edition

With E3 arriving on the scene and mugging us for both our time and energy, we're sure most of you are as tired as we are, having seen amazing game trailers and screens. It's been a great week to be a Nintendo fanboy (or fangirl), that's for sure.

The question still needs to be asked, though. What are you playing? Will you be going through older Metroid Prime titles in anticipation of Metroid Prime 3? Will you break out your copy of Mario Kart Double Dash and imagine it's actually Mario Kart Wii?

WRUP: It's going to be a tough month edition

Prepare yourselves for a very dry month, one lacking any kind of relief brought by new games. It's looking like we won't get anything new to play until the end of the month and, with the holiday having just passed, we're pretty much done with Resident Evil 4 as we found ourselves having some of that elusive free time.

What about you folks, though? Will you have enough games to get through this month? What are you playing?

WRUP: Many, many, many games edition

We tried to gauge interest in Pokemon Battle Revolution, as well as the general feel of the Wi-Fi approach, while playing some Tetris DS at Game Night yesterday. But, if that ain't your cup of tea, there are plenty of other games available to hungry Wii owners, including The Bigs, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Driver Parallel Lines. There's just so much to choose from!

What are you planning on playing? Will you be picking up one of these new games? Will you be taking your pokemans online?

WRUP: Suplex a zombie edition

We only had one game release this week, but it's one we've been anticipating for awhile now. This weekend, we plan on getting knee deep in crazed villagers and playing through this excellent game again. We did turn it on for a few minutes, just to check out the new controls, and we liked what we played.

But, enough about us. What about all of you? Will you be playing Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition with us, or do you have another game (or games) on your mind?

WRUP: Get your learn on edition

With a variety of releases this week, gamers have a couple different things to choose from should they wish for something new to play. And, why wouldn't they? We all love new games! Even with Big Brain Academy getting the old mixed bag of review scores, we're sure quite a few of you are looking to pick it up. So, will you be playing that this weekend?

If not, what will you be playing?

WRUP: It's just another week in paradise edition

We've felt like we've been stuck on a desert island lately, with nothing but water surrounding us. We crave new, exciting gameplay experiences, but they've been few and far between lately. So, we'll probably find ourselves traversing the real world this weekend, as opposed to virtual ones.

But, enough about us. What will you be playing?

WRUP: Time to party edition

This week saw the release of a few different games for our beloved Wii console, something that hasn't happened in quite some time. Even with their being a variety to choose from this week, we're sure most of you will be sailing the high seas of Mario Party 8 this weekend. Is that what you plan on playing?

If not, what else will you be playing this weekend?

WRUP: Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum edition

With this week's solitary release being very much a pirate's affair, we're sure many of you have scurvy and booty on the brain. Oh, and the rum. How we love the rum. But, this all matters not, for the only thing we need to know is what are you playing this weekend? Will you be checking out the latest exploits of one Captain Jack Sparrow on the Wii or do you have something else in mind. Will you, dare we ask, not be playing anything this weekend?

WRUP: Shrek does a triple-take edition

With this week only giving us one new game, we're wondering how many of you out there picked it up for play over the weekend? Are you going to play something else, instead? You could always turn to the Virtual Console for some entertainment ...

And if the movie tie-in game isn't really your thing, you're probably going to be disappointed next week, as well.

WRUP: Getting ready for the weekend stock edition

Not much on the weekly releases radar this week, so maybe you don't have much planned in the way of gaming this weekend? Well, what about the rest of you? What about the people who still can't find a Wii? What are they to do? Well, the news this week shows the Wii will be in stock at Gamestop and EB, at least, so perhaps you want to get up early and try over there? Of course, there's always the long shot of entering a contest ...

Remember, if you can't find a Wii, there's always those kids meal toys from Wendy's to cheer you up!

WRUP: Trying to avoid paper cuts edition

While we've been hard at work trying to finish a certain game so that we may review it, we understand many of you are probably playing the same game, however might be trying to savor it a bit longer. We wish we could do the same, taking the game and playing it for the length of the weekend. So, that means our weekend will probably be full of power playing, trying to beat Super Paper Mario.

What do you plan on playing this weekend? Are you going to be tip-toeing your way through Super Paper Mario? Will you be spending some time with the Virtual Console? Plan on playing the usual Wii Sports matches?

WRUP: It's all about the paper edition

Of course, we've all been looking forward to this week's release for quite some time now. And, now that Super Paper Mario has gotten into all of our hands, and we've had time to play it, we're sure some of you with more time on your hands than we have might be already close to beating it or already have. Still, we're assuming that a handul of you out there, like us, plan on giving it a thorough play this weekend. If not, what do you plan on playing this weekend?

What are you playing: to be evil, or not to be evil edition

This week saw the release of one high-profile title, a game that you should be very familiar with by now. So, the question needs to be asked: what are you playing this weekend? Will you be picking up Prince of Persia: Rival Swords, or are you not interested? Will you be playing the always-good Wii Sports (y'know, the usual) or will you instead not be playing a single video game for the entirety of the weekend? Let us know!

What are you playing: return of honor edition

It's been awhile since a Medal of Honor title has been available on store shelves and with Medal of Honor Vanguard releasing this week, many of you are undoubtedly looking to the title for a weekend of fun. How many of you, to be exact? If not, what are you playing this weekend?

As for us, well, we aren't really planning on playing much this weekend (GASP!). Yes, our Wii shall sit neglected as we, well ... go outside. We're planning on attending a couple of exhibition games for our favorite team at the local ballpark before the start of the season on Monday. Exciting, isn't it?

So, tell us, what are you playing?
